Mission accomplished!

This program encourages people to keep careful and complete records throughout the year. Doing so makes the task much less difficult at tax time. Easy to e-file. We have been using Turbo-Tax software for several years, and plan to continue to do so.
What's great about it: Meticulous walkthrough of information needed to file Tax return.
What's not so great: Tedious, but necessary.

What used to take 8 hours or more to complete can now be done in 2 to 3 hours. Simple to use, quick to file. Have been using turbo tax for about 4 years now. I'm happy with it.
What's not so great: Would be nice if the price included a free state file also.

I've been using TurboTax for nearly 15 years and it just keeps getting easier to use. I'm sold on the product and will continue to use it.
What's great about it: very thorough and easy to use

Once I started the whole process goes very quickly. I have all the tax data together so it is not confusing.

The 1040 would not print on my hp photosmart 7960 this year. Other pages printed somewhat. I like the turbotax program but this is irritation.

Easy but thorough

Overall this is the best way I have ever done my taxes. It is definitely worth the money to save the time and headache that taxes can be.

Easy to follow

Very helpful. Good leading questions on items to report for income or for deductions. The questions gather the information in a logical path that makes sense to non -accountants. Forms fill in automatically after that.
I had a question about student loans and tuition. I was able to ask on line and get an answer within 24 hrs.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, with leading questions

This is only my second year filing taxes by myself and I've always had the thought that I would dread filing taxes once I became old enough to file. I am please to say that I actually like filing my taxes.... not love, of course, but I do LOVE that it is very simple!!! All I have to do is put in my numbers and it does the rest!!!! Thank you TurboTax
