Great product

TurboTax is so easy to use even for those who are not computer savy. Anytime it felt I forgot something it let me know so I could go back and correct it. I felt totally at ease the entire time I was going through the process. At the end of each section it would let me know both how I answered last year and what my answers this year were so it was a second form of reminder to help me. At all times you can ask for help if you do not understand something. At the end it will look through everything to make sure you got the most deductions and refund that you possibly could. Very happy with it and will be using it every year!
What's great about it: Very easy step by step approach
What's not so great: What cons - can't find any

Made filing easy!

Overall a good experience. Would be great if the system was intuitive to provide suggestions on how to save during future years
What's great about it: ease of use, guide tools and automatic checks for max returns
What's not so great: some descriptions were a little cryptic
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

Taxes Made Easy for Dummies...

I use TurboTax each year. It provides a step by step procedure through the complicated tax forms. It allows you to go back to previous questions to make corrections if needed and offers support if you have questions.
What's great about it: Step by step and allows you to make corrections
What's not so great: Needs more explanation of the forms (eg. "1099-G" is what form?)

We got money back woo hoo!

Have used turbotax for 8 years and get more comfortable with it each year. Have never had any problems and always recieve our refund quickly. Like the option of importing last years information into this years tax return.
What's great about it: Quick and easy to follow
What's not so great: Fear of not entering information correctly

Desktop edition might be more costly

I have been using TurboTax for 5 years to file my return. Great product and easy to navigate in the software. Last year and this year I bought the desktop version of Deluxe edition.
Software is amazing, fast and updates every time I start the application. Looks like desktop version is more expensive as I already paid for the state and downloaded the state filing sections. Just before e filing the state, TurboTax requires a fee for e filing. All the fees should have been more cleat otherwise I would use the online version which does not require e filing fee
What's great about it: fast easy
What's not so great: some hidden costs with desktop software
