too many software errors in 2012

had issues I haven't had since I started using Turbo Tax about 10 years ago. Issues with uploading prior years returns and issues with software loop for correct entry on exempt interest-divident

Easy Refund!

Over all, its a great system to use to file taxes. It allows for you to enter in all of the information quickly and efficiently. The major down side is that it has to ask questions that are not relevant to all states.
What's great about it: Super Easy to use!
What's not so great: Sometimes it can be repetitive

I have use Turbotax for the last 5 years and have never had any troubles with filing or error with the IRS, Thank you for being the best price and doing the best job!!!

Excellent Product

I am a satisfied customer. I have used it for years. Years ago, my father, who was a CPA began to use it for himself, our family, and to help anyone who needed help filing. Now, I have been doing it for myself and others for the last 3 years. I have never had problems using the Deluxe version to itemize my deductions. I believe my refund is very close to the best I could get without going through a third-party service.
What's great about it: Easy to use, even more for returning users. Convenient in all aspects.
What's not so great: Not all financial institutions sync with it.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
