Easy to follow

What's great about it: like being walked through all possible scenarios

Excellent Product! Easy to Use!

Turbo tax has saved me time and money since I started using it. I have always done my own returns, but often missed deductions. I went crazy looking things up in my HR Tax Book and downloading forms. In the "old days" I had to go to the post office to pick up forms. Wow, what a relief when I finished in less than 1/2 the time. Now that I prepare throughout the year, I'm not nearly as stressed....and with Turbo tax, I know its being done right!
What's great about it: Questions prompted me to get the maximum deductions
What's not so great: DIdn't always explain everything...but there were ways to check it

Complicated, but done!

My wife and I had five W-2s combined this year! In addition, my wife had to file a Schedule C for her small business. Also filed Schedule A to maximize deductions. I was laid off in 2012, so I also had unemployment. Very complicated, lots of anxiety on my part, but I had a CPA (friend) review the return and he said everything looked great! I'm even more confident about TurboTax and its ability to guide me through the process.
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: Search function not detailed enough

Turbo tax is relatively easy to use and thorough. It would be helpful if there was more comparison info available upon input; such as for donations.

Nice Refund!

I've used Turbo Tax for years and have always been pleased. Even though it isn't free, like some software or websites, I've always felt safe and it is a reliable source to get my taxes done for that year. Plus, it helps me prepare better for the next year.
What's great about it: Thanks to all the deductions and credits we got a return this year.
What's not so great: There are no cons to talk about. I've always been pleased with Turbo Tax.
