I've used Turbo Tax for 6 straight years now and though I find it daunting to get through the application sometimes I always feel my taxes are prepared correctly and are neatly presented.
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: Details of what I'm either eligible for not clearly defined

Super Easy, Big Refund

I've used turbotax for years now and it is extremely helpful. It makes a nightmare process completely manageable and simple. It really helps to use this program EVERY year because it can import prior years' info and thus pre-answer a lot of filing-questions for you#
