Better year over year

I've used TurboTax for more than ten years. It is great to have the year over year data comparison. The product helps to ensure you have covered life changes by reviewing and asking questions.
What's great about it: Importing prior year's information to jumpstart your return
What's not so great: Some of the explanations in the Q&A sections have confusing wording

The BEST way to prepare your tax returns

I have used Turbo Tax for nine years and would never use any other product. I have recommended it to many friends and family members and they have had nothing but good things to say about Turbo Tax. It could not be any easier to use and it covers every aspect of preparing your tax returns.
What's great about it: So EASY to follow

Never Happy to Pay Taxes

While I like and will continue to use Turbo Tax, I would like to see it do some analysis at the end to suggest how to avoid paying taxes. i think it would be nice to see what my taxes have been historically and the reasons why they went up or down.
We're paying less this year but at least I didn't pay a service an exhorbitant amount of money to reach the same conclusion.
