I liked that everything was in plain English and easy to read. The program was easy to navigate as well. I did have two problems with almost missing some entries due to being in unexpected places. Because I knew it was needed, I was able to go back and easily find their appropriate place.
What's great about it: Explaining the entry options in plain English
What's not so great: Almost missed some items

Great Tax Software

My experience with using TurboTax was great. The easy to use step by step guide, educated me a lot about the tax returns. The TurboTax community forum was very helpful.
What's great about it: Easy to use tax software.
What's not so great: I am not sure it Turbotax has any cons. I didn't fine one.

Easy and Fast to Use

I've been using Turbo Tax for 6+ years now. It is easy to use and the step by step instructions make it easy to fill in the blanks and if you have to skip over a step to research the information, they make it easy to go back and plug the numbers in. I'm glad I no longer pay an account hundreds of dollars to process my returns.
What's great about it: Step by Step Instructions make this an easy task.
What's not so great: Need more in depth or help on explainations of State deductions

Been using for going on 10 years now. At tax time, I don't even consider any other product. TurboTax, and a snowy, cold afternoon, and I'm done.
What's great about it: Easy, walks you through everything
What's not so great: can't think of one. Well costing less would be nice but you get what you pay for.

Done in no time at all

I have used Turbo Tax for several years and while our situation is not complicated, I still have had to use the help menues and have always found the answer to any question.
Each year new improvements enhance this software and take the drudgery out of doing taxes, I especially like the fact that the program reviews several times just to be sure all T's are crossed and i's dotted!
Other helpful information and tips are suggested but you are never made to feel forced to buy other products.
I always recommned this product to friends.
