I've been using TurboTax for about 15 years now and it keeps getting better and better every year! I highly recommend this program!
What's great about it: Easy to use and understand

Crashed several times

I had to learn to save after every entry, since the program crashed several times and I had to reenter all past data. Very frustrating

SOOOO easy to use!

I use Turbo Tax every year. It's so easy and fast. I like how it walks me through everything and it pulls information from the previous year. What a time saver! Love it!
What's great about it: don't have to know anything about taxes to use!
What's not so great: I don't make enough money. :)

This is the eighth year I've used Turbo tax. I not only do my own taxes but six family members as well. It's the best product and so easy!

love your product, i"ve used it from 2000 and will keep using it. the importing of info. from year to year saves so much time. just have all your info ready and answer the questions. plug in the numbers, and your done.
What's great about it: it gets easier every year
What's not so great: wish i could get a finders fee for all the people i send your way

Another solid product from Intuit. Thanks. Fairly painless. I was a bit disappointed that TT-12 required that I open TT-11 to check/transfer some numbers from my previous return. First time I've experienced that in over 8 years of using TT.
What's great about it: Quick, efficient
What's not so great: Could have pulled data better from previous years
Pros: I bought or sold investments
