Stress free filing!

TurboTax made filing my taxes so easy and stress free. The walk through feature made itemizing a breeze and even gave me more options! The itemization calculator was really helpful when documenting donations. The TurboTax program has a feature for checking errors at the end to make sure that the forms had no errors. This really put my mind at ease.
What's great about it: Walk through feature helped get all the deductions that I should receive.
What's not so great: downloading was slow to DSL, but not too painful

Federal program great. But State program failed to adjust for different filing status. Could not force the program to use the correct numbers. Had to do the two forms, one resident and one non-resident, manually.
What's great about it: Great step by step even with foreign income
What's not so great: State program failed!! Did not adjust for filing married, filing separate return. Did the state taxes on my own.

We had a very positive, low stress experience using turbo tax for the first time this year. We highly recommend it, as it was highly recommended to us by a work associate.
What's great about it: Very detailed step by step process
What's not so great: Need to go to paper forms for line item comparison to last year

Great product, speeds time to file, easy to use, no more searching for forms!
What's great about it: Easy, straight-forward prompts for all cirtical areas
What's not so great: Be better if on theft/casaulty losses you could enter a deductible

No Better Way to Do Taxes

I have used Turbo Tax for 12+ years and wouldn't consider another software package or method. It has always served up reliable returns, and the interview questions covered all my tax situations throughout the years, of which there were many scenarios. Thank you for bringing us such a user-friendly and helpful product!
What's great about it: Easy-guide, tax-law knowledge, good value
What's not so great: None!

Handled all my tax questions!

The turbotax basic program handled all my tax questions including farm and small business extra activities. Linked items together well and easily walk through each area, prompting me to information when needed.
What's great about it: Ease of use and quick answers.
What's not so great: struggled with workaround for HSA account closing
