Makes it easy

Goes really fast if you have all your stuff organized and ready. Easy to understand and compares to last years Turbo Tax inputs so you can easily see if your messing up.
What's great about it: Easy to enter and well organized. Did mine on the couch while Playing COD III on my Xbox
What's not so great: If an error is found, explanation can be a little cryptic

I needed to find out where to do certain things, but found it hard to ask that question and get an answer. It kept sending me to the community.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Covers everything. I feel comfortable submitting the result.
What's not so great: Hard to look up questions.

You make things painless!

I've used Turbo-Tax for more years than I can count, and I've always been successful with not only my taxes, but those of my kids too! I've only had to call twice...both times this year. Had trouble downloading a state tax program, even though I had already paid for it. My other problem was trying to understand the Foreign Income section. It's hard to figure out what sections to fill in when you are a novice at it! But both times I called for help, I was helped within minutes, not only in finding my answers but in understanding the forms a little bit better. But what I liked best was the fact that they stayed right with me until all my questions were answered, and they were polite to boot! They didn't get frustrated with me! Kudos to all of you!!! And thanks for another year!

Great product for the average individual - fairly quick and painless!
What's great about it: goes through all the steps ---
What's not so great: wish that it would easily bounce you back to the form that you want to reference when looking at worksheets

So Easy & Accurate

We used to use a well known service. It was expensive, it required us to travel to their location, and worst of all...we didn't always feel our information was totally secure with just a curtain between us and other customers. TurboTax is secure, easy to use, and we really appreciate how our information is checked, double checked and confirmed before we commit to sending our taxes. We are faithful customers--going on our 13th year!
What's great about it: Can be sure all updates are incorporated before you start.
What's not so great: None at all!

Easy but not perfect glide

I shared a sale of an inlaws home and it was a real challenge to figure out how to report it. Did it though.
What's great about it: follows easy format
What's not so great: Real estate not intuitive
