Fast and Easy

Everything went very quickly. Two of three w-2 forms were uploaded automatically. Changes from last year were eventually figured out and reflected correctly and easily. Having a connection to last year helped me avoid neglecting a loss carryover.
What's great about it: Simple guide to the end
What's not so great: Sch C from last year - bypassed the deletion this year on the first round

More than expected

Used Turbo Tax several years now & I really like how it takes all the info from the previous & shows it to you as you go along the next year. This is a good reminder for me so I don't forget anything.
What's great about it: Easy to work with & quick

Taxes Made Easy

I have used this product several time and have always found it to be the easiest way to do my taxes. The setup is plan and simple/ The walk through makes each step a breeze.
What's great about it: Simple to follow formate
What's not so great: Explanations sometimes need more information

I have used Turbo Tax for at least six years now and appreciate the ease of use as well as the updates that are available when you open the program.

Logical, simple to use.

I found the product to be well designed. Even if one has never completed a tax return, the simple explanatory steps makes one feel very comfortable in preparing returns. My return is relatively simple and I believe for the vast majority of taxpayers, this product is a valuable tool.
What's great about it: Walked you through every step and explanations.
What's not so great: None.

No stress tax filing

As stressful as taxes can be, Turbo Tax walks me through it at my pace without making me feel overwhelmed.
What's great about it: easy guide made things easy! :)
What's not so great: There is still a lot of technical jargon, but I don't think that can be helped.

A must for filing any tax return that is at all complicated.
What's great about it: Detailed overview of all items
What's not so great: AMT information a little vague
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments
