Good Experience

Have used for the past 3 filings, like the comparison to years past for sanity check as I am filing. Another great ability is to input your investment companies and have that investment info auto populated to the filing. Great stuff!

It is so much simpler and easier than trying to fill out forms the way we had to do prior to Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Easy to fill out except one form
What's not so great: One form really did not fit my situation

Always easy!

I've used TurboTax for years and have always enjoyed the ease and lack of stress. I have had problems in the past, but I received excellent customer assistance. This year, I had a problem correcting an error but was allowed an opportunity to correct it by manually deleting the error from the form. I had entered an income item twice. It would have been better if that entry could have been edited on the screen.
What's great about it: Automatic calculations, saves time
What's not so great: difficult to correct an error in misc. income- no edit button

I have been using Turbo tax for a few years now. I do my mom's as well as my own. It is so easy with easy guide. Even in life changes like a death it made it so simple.
