Your product is excellent. I have used it since the late 1990's and I have ust about every cd copy. I do all my family members taxes (6 to 7) with your product also. What I especially like is the "learn more" when I need an explanation for something I have a question on or don't understand. Keep up the good work.

extra cost

Decent product, but the extra cost after initial purchase is a little annoying. Read the small print, if you want to e-file your state taxes, its extra, if you want to direct deposit, its extra, have to file more than one state, its extra. You'd think for the purchase price would cover everything, and it should.

Tough Return

Due to the economy my wife and have to work in two different states, we see each other on the weekends. The ability of Turbo Tax to work through the residency requirements for taxing in these different states is a wonderful improvement over what I have had to go through the past several years, numerous hours of work to get it worked out.

Oregon State Problems

The state return is almost not worth the money or effort, especially when it fills out the form incorrectly. My problem is with line 9 where it is supposed to pull out all of the non-Oregon interest and dividends out of Fidelity's data base. Instead of the out of state interest and dividends, it pulled out the total exempt interest and dividends. If I hadn't noticed this error, I would have payed almost $1000 more on my Oregon return. This has been a problem for several years, and I with you would fix it.

Love turbotax!

I was surprised how many questions I got asked about medical insurance. Luckily, I can skp through some of those and enter related to forms I got.
What's great about it: I have used it for several years, and it is so easy to use and great that transf last year's info for me. Free federal.
What's not so great: I got asked some questions million times if I would come to some deduction category again.
