Wow I Should Have Done This Sooner!

I have always had my taxes done by a Tax firm. I have heard from others that using Turbo Tax was easy so this year I decided to give it a try. I was surprised at how easy it was and all I had to do was follow the directions. I could not have asked for a better experience doing my taxes. It is such a relief to know they are done and that I will get a refund!
What's great about it: It was very easy to follow the directions.

Some portions are confusing to 1st time users
What's great about it: Instantly updated forms when changes were made
What's not so great: did not show forms actually transmitted to irs

Over all no issus. Took a resonable amount of time and had all questions answred using the helpful hints. Would recommend it to a friend.

Over all turbo tax is awesome! its fast, easy, and it give you great direction. If you get lost or confused there is always the help button. All-in-all, I'll always use turbo tax.
What's great about it: pretty easy and quick
What's not so great: sometimes the wording can get confusing

So Easy

Doing tax returns can be maddening, but TurboTax takes a lot of the anxiety and uncertainty out of the equation. I have used it for myself for many years, but this year I needed to do my elderly mother's taxes too. Her tax situation is quite different from mine, but I had no trouble due to TurboTax's guided process.
What's great about it: Guided Step-by-Step Input
What's not so great: CSF 1099R for Civil Service Retirement wasn't clear.

Makes it so easy

I've been using Turbo Tax for years now. Every year is simply gets easier and easier. I hate doing my taxes but luckily with Turbo Tax, my hate is gone. Thank you for making it so much easier.
