Solid Simple Performance

Performs solidly and it takes me very little time to complete both my federal and state taxes. Have used Turbo Tax for many years.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, easy to complete and built in E-filing
What's not so great: E filing is a little pricey in my opinion

Easy to use, comprehensive. However I would like a telephone # to contact a tax consultant if I have a question.

Efficient Process

The automatic transfer of prior year return information makes completing the return easy and a key reason why we continue to use Turbotax. It also serves as a reminder of what forms we should have in preparing the return. The process itself is very straightforward and enables quick completion of the return.

I could not remember any account info I had with you so could not transfer my info from my deductions.

TURBO TAX HOLDS MY HAND

I've used TURBO TAX for several years and I never stress over dealing with doing my taxes at all.
What's great about it: It holds my hand and walks me through every step. It makes me feel like everything I enter will be correct.
What's not so great: The area on refinancing was a little confusing. It would tell me things I could count, but couldn't find spot for them.
