Turbo Tax is very easy to use. I could not locate my USB drive from the previous year, so I had to start from scratch. I was done within an hour.
What's great about it: Walks you through everything in a very easy to understand way

Although I like that Turbo tax figures out all the tax rates and income charts, I do not think it explains the tax code well enough for deductions and or other fields. When I filed my taxes manually I read what each field was and understood it more. I find turbo tax confusing, it doesn't state the law enough.
What's not so great: I think turbo tax should let you know what the corresponding line number is on form

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. I hate doing taxes but I can't imagine doing them any other way.
What's great about it: Love the fill in the blank entry
What's not so great: Want to be able to download from more institutions.

Turbo Tax is consistent and that is important when looking forward to doing what none of us wants to do - file our taxes! The page formats are easy to read and navigable. The narrative and explanations are easy to understand and follow. In something that is dry and without humor, Turbo Tax manages to instill some personality.
What's great about it: EASY! Everything about the way Turbo Tax moves the user through the filing and documentation process is easy.
What's not so great: I missed saving $10 by one day!

Great Product

Turbotax is a great, easy, tool to use to file taxes. Some of the questions surrounding healthcare and HSA accounts and whether you're enrolled in a High Deductible plan and so forth get confusting...but all in all it is a great and simple tool. This is my fourth year using it and plan to keep using it. Thanks.
What's great about it: Quick, Easy, Cheap
What's not so great: Some of the questions about HSA and/or FSA accounts are confusing...in regards to being in a High deductible plan.

This package is easy to use and transfers year to year which reduces the stress on typing and retyping.
