Great Program

Everything is easy to work and find in this program
What's great about it: Makes things easy
What's not so great: have to pay for state taxes
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

this is my 4th year using and I've married, had a child and bought and refi a home...all was covered and it was easy!
What's great about it: Simple and works for you
What's not so great: Not much...no issues for me

Excellent and Easy

Efficient and easy to use. It is perfect for the first-time or multiple-time filer. There was the opportunity to also connect with an expert while completing this. It was more efficient than actually going to a specialist, and it was so much less expensive.
What's great about it: Very Easy and Very Straightforward... Perfect for anyone.

I've been using TurboTax for years and am still a strong advocate, even though my tax filing status has changed over the years. I always feel as if I've gotten all the reasonable deductions and don't have too work too hard to figure out whether I'm eligible or not. I trust the system, and don't feel like I have to be a tax expert to use it!
What's great about it: Easy to move through the screens
What's not so great: I would have liked more "what's this" explanations

Refunds Rock w/ Turbo Tax

We have used Turbo Tax for 15 years in a row. As somebody who itemizes deductions every year, the process could not be easier. One of the best features is being able to download your income information from certain payroll services!! The e-file feature is also a great service. I will never hesitate to use Turbo Tax to file my taxes, it just that simple.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax keeps up with ALL the changes
What's not so great: ZERO!!!!

Az state credit for school donations was somewhat vague in the info the program provided as to claiming the deduction on both Fed and State returns.
