Taxes made Easy

I have been using Turbo Tax since 1992 after I had an accountant do my taxes and it came back as Turbo Tax. I can do that myself!! It is easy and quick and I have had some difficult years with moving and my husbands job and lots of w-2's and 1099 whatevers....and I still get the taxes done pretty quickly.
And best of all....it sure is a lot cheaper than paying someone else to do my taxes!!!

What's great about it: makes figuring my husbands business expenses EASY
What's not so great: Finding we owe more taxes...of course that isn't Turbo Taxes fault!!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

State of Ohio return

Program would not permit correction of an incorrect entry to the health care deduction section of the State of Ohio return. I had to go into the forms section and force a correction.

Wonderful program that really changes the whole painful process into one that is quite easy.
The step by step guides are the key to it all, the make the process simple.
Plus the ability to at any time ask a question really helped.

Wish I could have gotten more

I use Turbo Tax b/c of the itemized deductions for charity. I like it to figure out the cost of my items donated
What's great about it: don't have to get out the calculator
What's not so great: still takes all day and sometimes it hard to find an answer for a deduction
