GENERALLY A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. aS A LONG TIME USER i APPRECIATE THE WORK TO PULL ALL OF THIS TOGETHER.
What's great about it: Step by step instructions with upplemental info if needed in drop down menues.
What's not so great: Had to restart a few times due to some internal glitch. It later got corrected but it was abit frustrating at first. Sta

I really think it is so easy to use that even a non-accountant can take care of their own returns. I especially love the features to ensure you get the most coming to you.
What's great about it: easy, clear explanation, quick, love the e-file feature

Keep up the good work. It's too bad the Minnesota media blew a small problem out of porportion. I hadn't purchsed my Turbo Tax yet, but I wasn't worried. I knew you would come through quickly with a fix.
What's great about it: Easy to understand.
What's not so great: Gave me the bad news too quickly. I owed.

Got me through it

I have used Turbo Tax for years and have never had any issues. I was a bit reluctant this year because I had recently purchased a new home and had other additional income. I wasn't sure about using Turbo Tax and considered going to pay a lot more and have someone do my taxes.
Well, I decided to go with Turbo Tax and it was easy, Turbo Tax guided me through every step.
What's great about it: Quick and Easy
What's not so great: No cons
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great way to do taxes

Turbo Tax takes the difficult tax laws and makes it easy to fill in the forms and compute taxes. I recommend Turbo Tax for anyone who is not a tax expert and a great tool for the tax expert to learn from.
What's great about it: Simple to understand.
What's not so great: Taxes are difficult to understand.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbotax is the fastest and best way to do taxes. I have used it for many years and even talk others through their turbotax products. It is remarkably fast and easy and the best way (and least expensive) for busy people to get their taxes done. Every year the product gets better and easier to use.
What's great about it: Fast, accurate, convenient
What's not so great: Little bit of a bummer to have to buy add't states and states charge e- file fees
