No brainer

I love how Turbo Tax saves all my info from our previous return. What a lifesaver.
What's great about it: I feel confident that we got all the deductions we are allowed.
What's not so great: Still takes a couple hrs.

2012 Turbo tax

Turbotax 2012 is very easy to use and navigate. I like the options to access on-line information downloads or to enter yourself. Easy to go back and make adjustments and changes.
What's great about it: Easy to follow and use. Help menu's are very good. Easy to navigate.
What's not so great: None

I like that this product remembers everything from last year so I can compare to verify that the numbers are similiar. The interfaces to different investment companies so you can just download your information is also helpful. It is very easy to use and doesn't take alot of time.
What's great about it: That is has interfaces with different investment companies so i can just download the information.

What's great about it: Very thorough in identifying deductions. Automated downloads from investment company is a big plus.

Quick and Easy

Turbo tax makes filing so easy. The hardest part is getting together all the paperwork. Step by step filing means that they walk you through each section; they offer explanations for anything you might not understand.
What's great about it: Walks you through every step

I have used Turbo Tax for preparing and filing my income tax return every year for more than 5 years and I have never experience any problem with the process or my refunds.
What's great about it: Easy guided process all the way
What's not so great: None so far for the last several years

Turbo tax makes the filing a less stressful task that has to accomplished. I prefer the prompts as they allow me to review the entries on the fly and assures that all the deductions that I am entitiled to have been processed.

What's great about it: System works like a charm in walking you through a tax filing. Tax filinig is never fun and always anxiety driven.
What's not so great: No cons except the wait for updates.
