Easy to use

Very easy to use from year to year. Pulls what it needs and asks for specific information to increase your deductions and accuately record your income.
What's great about it: Very easy to use. Comprehensive and thourogh.
What's not so great: Price.

Successfully completed 12 years with Turbo Tax. No matter what the question, usually someone has an answer. Easy to use just follow the steps. Or put in the facts yourself, either way it is easy.
What's great about it: Easy to see the actural forms instead of the worksheets only
What's not so great: Captial Gains questions, not easy to work through

2012 Turbo Tax Experience

From beginning to end, including e-filing took me 3 hours. Love it Turbo Tax. Used Turbo Tax for about 8 years.....and will continue to do so!

Turbo Tax was a simplistic tool to use for people who do not have complicated taxes to file. As long as you have all documentation prepared ahead of time, this is an inexpensive and accurate alternative to other tax services available.
What's great about it: explanations that walk you through all possible deductions
What's not so great: only allows one state return per user
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved
