I'd buy again

I wouldn't say TurboTax is completly stress free but they do an excellent job of making sence of information I have no clue about. It really seems like they are holding your hand the entire way. Plus being able to have the freedom of starting and completing my tax return at home this easy is well worth the money. Keep it up!
What's great about it: Clear, simple and easy to understand.
What's not so great: Paying more for state e-File

it helped me through all of it and i now know things to write down and keep record of for doing next years taxes as my husband works in the oil field and has to take his own things such as clothes food gas housing for out of town sites...this is my second year to use turbo tax and i will be using it again next year for sure

Used Turbo tax for many years and many more

I love Turbo tax - it is so easy to use and this year I've used the display form feature - which is very helpful to see how it is going to be filled out and to search what different forms look like and what they are used for.
What's great about it: It is very easy to use
What's not so great: You have to pay to file state returns, even though I purchased turbo tax

I've been using Turbo Tax for 15 years and I can't imagine going any other route to figure out and file my taxes. Practically painless!

More difficult than past years...

I've used Turbo Tax Deluxe for at least 10 years, and will likely use it again next year. But... this year the product seemed more cumbersome and clumsy, especially when I wanted to review a previous entry or switch between forms. It didn't want to return to the point of departure. Had to start each section over. Some questions relating to self employment need to be clarified, and a better bridge to forms needs to be created. Best feature: "It's Deductible" :)
What's great about it: Good for simple returns. Still better than paying an accountant.
What's not so great: Feels more jumbled than previous years. Moving from Easy Step to Forms was not clean.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

What's great about it: Can do this from home and very simple...also Import from previous year

I love Turbo Tax. Started using it the first time I ever filed and have used it since! It's so convenient, and I can help others (my mother-in-law, sister-in-law, friends) get theirs filed too using Turbo Tax. They are very grateful they don't have to spend hundreds to get their simple return filed!
What's great about it: Love the convenience of filing at home
