Submit federal and state taxes with ease

I have been using Turbotax for several years now and have not had any trouble of difficulty either paying my share of taxes or receiving tax refunds. Each year the software becomes easier to navigate through despite the increasing difficulty in changes and additions in statutes and policies in both federal and state tax laws.
What's great about it: Easy and simple way to process tax returns
What's not so great: Really nothing bad, just make sure you use tips and help functions

Turbo Tax

Over all I like Turbo tax, you can take your time at it, just go at your own pace.
What's great about it: Convient, easy to use for simple tax returns
What's not so great: software is pricey
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Very good tax experience

I have used Turbo Tax for years, and I am very confortable with it. The software seems a little cumbersome to me at times, and deleting unused forms should be easier. Also, I think that efiling the state return should be included in the price, just like efiling the federal return. But, as a former tax preparer, I really like the product.
What's great about it: Easy to use; efile is great
What's not so great: Deleting forms can be difficult; should not charge to efile state return

Older Mac unfriendly

Turbo Tax has chosen not to support my Mac software. I have been using Turbo Tax since 1996 and this is the first time I have had this issue with any computer. I don't think I should have to buy a new computer for Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Same wonderful Turbo Tax
What's not so great: Doesn't work with my Mac

Very easy to file and they walk you through all the details of what you need to enter for your refund. They let you know if you are "high-risk" or not. Turbo Tax is AMAZING!
What's great about it: Very Easy!
What's not so great: Non
