Super Easy

Easy product to do your taxes. Asks all the right questions and comes to an accurate number when finished. Didn't take too long either.
What's great about it: Easy, Guided Return
What's not so great: Have to Pay for State

Low stress interface

Every year I go back to Turbo Tax software because it's so easy to use. Some years the cost is a bit much, but this year (2012) it was reasonable. I love how the software walks you through each possible income or deduction source, and provides the "more info" link for each category.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Cost (at times)

Fast and easy

Overall, TurboTax is easy to install, simple to use, and the only way I will ever complete my 1040. I really like the error check that is imbedded in the software. Good job Intuit!
What's great about it: Filing this year's return was faster than last year.
What's not so great: None
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I love Turbo Tax

I love Turbo Tax. I don't know what I would do without it. For years I used to sweat and have sleepless nights whenever I had to do my taxes or pay big bucks to have my taxes done b a professional. Now I am the professional !

So Easy an Accountant Can Do It!

I'm an accountant and while I don't prepare taxes for a living, I like to do my own return and end up doing returns for family.
After using Turbo Tax, I realized...why haven't I been using it before! It cut down my time from hours per return to a few minutes!

Happy with Turbo Tax

I deciced 3 years ago to try Turbo Tax after doing the 1040 with schedule A for 10 years. The first time that I did Turbo Tax I did a duplicate by hand to confirm the results and it was correct. Some things that could be missed by the old hand method would be overlooking crucial deductions and credits that Turbo Tax would not miss. I enjoy this and the e-file, which is what I like the most.
What's great about it: Easy walk through of items
What's not so great: state will cost extra to transmit
