Better than ever!

Great job once again. This was the easiest year to date for filing my taxes, and I have been using for last 10 years at least.
What's great about it: I like the added features for 2012. It just got that much easier.
What's not so great: State e-file too costly, for small refunds especially, does not make sense, as it reduces the amount of your refund.

Love Turbo Tax

I love using Turbo Tax every year. It seems to get easier every year and they remember all the details, so I don't have to wrack my brains. The program is flexible and forgiving. With my busy schedule, I really need an accurate assistant like Turbo Tax to meet my needs!
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: long time to update and load up

I have used Turbo tax for several years now since my mother retired from doing taxes. It gets easier every year with the updates you do! Thanks again for the great job!
What's great about it: so easy!
What's not so great: not your fault, but having to do taxes!

I used to pay a tax accountant to do the exact same thing...a lot cheaper and faster.

I am impressed by turbo tax and I feel that using this program is an inexpensive way of preparing my taxes accurately as well maximizing my refund.
What's great about it: Walks you through everything step by step
What's not so great: It would be nice to be able to look forms by number to enter in relvant information
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
