What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: NONE!

I loved my experience with Turbo Tax. I thought it was going to be too hard doing it on my own since we itemize but it was super easy. I actually understood what I was doing and it was very helpful. And we got back more than we expected. Will be using TurboTax again!!

Great product year after year. Have used TurboTax for more than 10 yrs. Just no reason to switch to another software. Always a simple task to complete the return.
What's great about it: Walks you right through the process - no "pro' tax preparer necessary
What's not so great: Can't come up with one - handles all my issues & tax concerns

Easiest Year Ever

Look, for years I've done it by hand to save money. But since I switched to TurboTax, I will never go back. All you have to do is have all your documents in a pile, and TurboTax goes through and helps you make sense of each and where to put them. My company switched name half way through the year, and adding a second company was really easy. Love that it figures out the best deductions for college.
What's great about it: Asks for all the things you would normally forget and stores them from year to year!
What's not so great: Absolutely nothing.

Easy Pizzi Credit and Deduction Finder

Turbo Tax is very easy to follow along. Anyone can be their own tax pro if they take the time and read the instructions
What's great about it: Easy Step by Step Guidance
What's not so great: Occasionally Vague Tax Laws

Time consuming

This is my third year with Turbo Tax, I like the program, but reviewing and repairing mistakes takes a whole lot time and does no always work.
I will be using Turbo Tax again, maybe sooner or later I will get the hang of doing taxes!!!!
I like the way you walk us through each step, the questions are clear and really help get the right numbers in.the right place.
