Awesome experience

I loved to use turbo tax really a step by step explanative tool. Plus my federal refund got an awesome raise this year.

Cost less than I thought

Used the easy method for going through everything. It was well organized and I will use this again next year.
What's great about it: Easy to use and covers all the forms... State was great.
What's not so great: It is concerned with the excess taxes we had to pay!

Great improvements this year!

This is my 4th or 5th year using TurboTax and I have to say: your product has really hit its stride now. In the past: I'd lose days to tracking down info not in the product -- especially hard to remedy when you don't see the calculations until the end. This year: it seemed like all the topics I've had to look up and forage through the chats and federal documents to clarify....were in the pop-up help and the guide path. THANK YOU! It's clear you're listening to clients....and working to make the guide easier and better documented each year. Also love It's Deductible -- big help!
What's great about it: Guided tour easier & more logical than ever; pop-up help outstanding
What's not so great: Wish the state help were as complete as federal (I know; 50 states...)
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I liked it. but it could have been better. More pictures of cats and explosions. that mix of cute and epic at the same time. Make me excited about my refund. Get Michael Bay to make the refund page. EXPLOSIONS!

Room for More Turbo

I rely on Turbo for the past 5+ years, but do not see much improvements in terms of use and helpful information
What's great about it: Question and Answer fomat
What's not so great: Some detail/suporting calculations/worksheet with no information - it is difficult for me to know what to fill

It cannot be easier. Load the software, download any updates, and start doing your taxes. They ask you all the questions, you fill in the answers and file. Could not get any easier. Have been using Turbo Tax for anout 6 years now, even do my son's.
What's great about it: Step by step questions, and reviewed for errore, plus e-file
What's not so great: Have no cons

Turbo Tax Makes Taxes Fun

Been using Turbo Tax for years. Very happy with the programming and eaze of use. Some of the questions are hard to answer or make you feel like your doing something wrong. This is probably due to tax laws.
What's great about it: No writing or form collecting from post office
What's not so great: Some questions vague and hard to answer
