My 20th(?) year using Turbo Tax

I have been using Turbo Tax for a number of years and I plan to use it many more.
What's great about it: Keeps records year to year. I get to select the level of hand holding. Compares the previous year to the current year.
What's not so great: There is always some hassle that makes the program hard to install. This year I had to get sp3

I itemized and did not have any problems. Great for anyone. Easy tax returns to complicated.
What's great about it: Easy step by step process
What's not so great: Easy to follow cuts through all the long explanantions quickly

Always nice to use turbo tax and do the taxes myself. Love how every section is laid out easy!
What's great about it: Lays out each section needed to fill in
What's not so great: Was unsure of if I needed forms for accounts I didn't get 1099 mailed for

Makes my life easier

Turbo Tax has become much better in the last couple of years. When I first used it six years ago, it didn't ask all the questions I needed. My return is not as simple as the average return, but it's also not terribly complex. Now Turbo Tax asks all the questions I need to do my return very quickly. My time preparing my return has dropped to about three hours, where it used to be a 12-hour task.
What's great about it: Very, very easy to use.

Turbo Tax allows us to get our taxes done in one day with a minimum of fuss. We especially like the review for deduction determination.
