i have used Turbo Tax for years now and will continue to use.
What's great about it: Walks through step by step
What's not so great: Some areas are confusing (required withdrawl for retiree)

Makes a painful exercise EASY!

I've used TT for probably 15+ years now, and it's been a money and time saver. I'm fairly saavy on what to look for, but TT makes sure I methodically go through everything to get the an accurate return done quickly. Even with a few more complicated situations, I don't need an accountant. Well worth the $$!

It was realy easy to file my tax return with TurboTax. All I had to do is just answer simple questions and... it's done!

I have been using TurboTax for many years and it gets easier each year. It is a logical step by step process that covers everything you may ever need and a lot you don't really need

Once you get your forms together, it is straight forward. "It's Deductible" is a neat feature which allows you to establish reasonable values on donated items. Also the ability to etransfer records from a variety of institutions was helpful
What's great about it: Easy to follow, liked the capability of having audit support, if necessary
What's not so great: No cons from me!!

I have been using Turbo tax for many years and I would simply say that I love it,I would also add that I have turned four other people on to Turbotax. To me this is the best product to use for your tax needs! That's the TRUTH !!!!

I would like the button to go on to the next section at the top instead of having to scroll down each time. I would like a couple of examples, like you did a few times, especially in the most confusing sections. For me that would be in the medical insurance/mortgage sections. Examples work so much better than long explanations which create frustration with the process.
