TurboTax is easy to use and I am sure that I got the maximum refund. I would appreciate more information about the foreign tax credit in future revisions.
What's great about it: Easy to use.

Blasted right through the code!

Another year of taxes done. TurboTax made it simple again and allowed me to skip the complex forms. Allowed me to zip through my rental property with ease.
What's great about it: Easy to use, robust, e-file is a snap.
What's not so great: Combersome on a few odd situations like IRA conversions.

Using TurboTax annually is easy and it interfaces with my last year's return to further simplify the process.
What's great about it: I really like the charitable contribution interface to calculate donations to charities (clothing, household goods, etc)
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR A LONG TIME AND IT IS SO EASY TO FILE MY TAX RETURN. I JUST WISH IT DIDN'T COST SO MUCH TO PURCHASE.

Minimize Your Tax Pain

Have been a user for more than a decade and have come to trust and rely on the accuracy of TurboTax. Information carry-over to following year greatly simplifies tax preparation. Will not begin tax season preparation without TurboTax!
What's great about it: Comprehensive Form coverage, good walk-through guidance

Another good year with TurboTax

I have used TurboTax for at least 10 years, with a few years in between using a slightly less expensive, competing product. When the competing product tried to tell me that I was owed more in a state refund than the taxes I had paid to that state, and tech support said this was correct, I came back to TurboTax and have stayed with it since. The step by step guidance allows me to do taxes in less than one hour, compared with many hours it had previously taken manually. I can also do taxes for my college-aged children very quickly (and they will soon be transitioned to doing their own taxes with TurboTax). One request would be for some additional coordination between returns for the same family, so that, for example, information for the American Opportunity Credit is coordinated between federal tax returns of the parent and college student. A second request is for improved handling of 1099-DIV and 1099-INT forms. We have one instance in which we receive one of each of these from the same entity, and although this has been the case for years, TurboTax does not seem to automatically catch this and ask if this situation will be the same in the current year. But other than the desire for these small enhancements, I am very happy with the ease and accuracy of tax preparation with TurboTax.
What's great about it: The step by step guidance is a life saver
What's not so great: Very few - some situations need further clarification
