HSA is so confusing and we felt like it was hard to get it correct on the tax forms. Employer combined our contribution and their contribution together on W-2. Couldn't really find the answer to our question on that area. Took us longer to do this way than by hand, but feel like it was very accurate. Hopefully next year it will be quicker because Turbo Tax has all the 2012 info. Definitely will use again next year!
What's great about it: Loved how it calculated everything.
What's not so great: Not enough information for the HSA part of return, the employer has wrong amount on W-2.

Easiest filing!

We have used TurboTax for at least ten years now and every year it just keeps getting better! Thanks for taking a painful annual task and making it easier.
What's great about it: TurboTax is the easiest tax filing software to use, maximizes refunds, finds errors with quick e-filing.
What's not so great: If you have to install software on a new computer, you cant import previous years

Used Turbotax the last few years. It makes the job easier for me. The easy guide can be confusing at times.
What's great about it: Ease of use and forms prepared.
What's not so great: Can be confusing going through easy guide.

Have used TT several years in a row, it continues to be the easiest way I've ever found to get my taxes done!
What's great about it: Clear language, specific directions
What's not so great: Wish each page "fit" on the screen so you didn't have to keep scrolling down just to get to "continue."

I hate doing taxes, but I hate wasting money more. Turbo tax is quick, easy, and I'm sure I get every available deduction and credit without reading the tax brochure cover to cover. I really like that all the info is saved year to year, so next years taxes are even easier.

Easy to use, excellent import capabilities. E-files is fast and effoective with Direct Deposit and Debit features to avoid the Post Office lines.
What's great about it: Importing data from banks and financial services
What's not so great: None! I'm been using Turbotax for 15 years
