Phew! Escape from tax heck

Lets face it - filing taxes is one of the most painful things we do every year. I remember the days when I'd work for hours and hours, often sending off for more forms to read and hope I could figure out. No more! TurboTax is fantastic! And even pulls info from previous year as well as from Quicken. Love it! Now... if we could only get the FairTax passed!!
What's great about it: Q&A approach with explanations, relatively painless, handles all forms

Easy to use!

I have used Turbo Tax for at least 8 years. I haven't had any issues with it at all. I am able to get all of the deductions I am elligible for. I will continue to use it in the future.
What's great about it: Walks you right thru the tax return process.
What's not so great: I can't think of any.

I have used turbo tax since 2000. It is easy to use for the average person. It walks you through each step. If you have your tax documents well organized this product makes doing your taxes very simple.
What's great about it: Step by step, Simple explanations,
What's not so great: Q/A could be more direct

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and always found it to be a good experience overall. With the added complexities to the tax codes this year, I had to wait several weeks for the IRS to update their systems in order to receive everything, but it was worth the wait. I generally always file late as Turbo Tax is constantly updating to make sure the deductions are right before I send them to the IRS.
Overall I give Turbo Tax a 10.0
What's great about it: Easy to use and made entering the information user friendly
What's not so great: Needed to wait for updates
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Generally most of the tax matters are covered clearly and completely, and TurboTax has served me well for many years.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Sometimes tax law and jargon get a little confusing
