Another Solid Year

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. It has gotten easier to use every year. This year there was only one glitch that I had to correct - my interest income was doubled because in the review section of my return it asked for the figure on a supporting form after I had already entered it in an earlier part of the return.It was easily corrected, however. I'll undoubtedly use Turbo Tax again next year.
What's great about it: Easy to install and navigate the software. The interview process makes it very simple to complete a return.
What's not so great: None, really.

I had a situation that resulted in a partial repayment of an unemployment claim from a previous year. The explanation on Turbo Tax matched what I was told by a professional tax accountant.
Education credits easy to calculate.

I've used Turbo Tax for a number of years now and every year there are improvements that make it even easier. I really regret not using it sooner. All those years going to a tax person and paying all that money for them to do my taxes..what a waste. Don't be afraid to try Turbo Tax no matter what age you are.
What's great about it: Step by Step instructions
What's not so great: non that I can think of

Got me through another year

Turbotax does the job. I couldn't imagine having to go back to doing taxes by hand, and I don't feel I have a complicated enough financial life to justify an accountant. With Turbotax I am done my taxes in only a couple of hours, tops.
What's great about it: Step-by-step question method great way to get through a stressful task.
What's not so great: If you don't finish in one setting it is somewhat confusing to know that you picked up in the right place

Turbo Tax always works well (used it for many years now). It leads the user thru the sometimes complicated process of preparing taxes. TurboTax provides outstanding advice and watches out to make sure we users don't make mistakes.
