So easy to use! Just entered all the details from financial forms (W2, 1099s..etc) and ansered questions that affected deductions and credits. No need to read 40+ pages of government instructions, nor to do the math of exclusions, percentages and additions by hand or calculator. I am confident that TurboTax's math is correct. Biggest chore is gathering all the financial forms recieved during the year or at year-end... and I would have to do that no matter what method used to compute taxes.

Turbo tax is extremely EASY to use as an "average Joe". It walks you through the process and is quick.
What's great about it: Turbo tax is VERY easy! It's quick too.
What's not so great: Cost of program....

easy but

In reviewing the lists, I inadvertently selected the button to go into a field. It would switch to Update - becoming live and even if I entered nothing or in the case of selecting that I did not purchase a fuel efficient car, it still prompted for that information. Frustrating. I had to always go back to the beginning of that section to clear the board. Also, would like it if the keyboard arrows can move the page up and down.
What's great about it: a breeze to do
What's not so great: selected button turned to update

Straight forward question / answer format. Several options of which way to file with recommendations from Turbo Tax. Easy to file each of my families returns.
What's great about it: Asked the questions, and I gave the answers.
What's not so great: Extra Product Sales Invites
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
