Great Experience

Turbotax question driven format is great at finding income and deductions. When I have a question, the additional help screens help me to figure out what to enter.
What's great about it: questions smoked out deductions and income
What's not so great: none
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Rapid Refund

Easy to use and has had very fast refunds. I have done taxes for a couple of students and they got refund in less than two weeks. I also use to use an accountant and then went behind him one year with turbo tax and found a couple items he missed so when I corrected them I got back $500 more

It's a family tradition to use Turbo Tax.
My Dad helps my cousins, his mother-in-law, and takes care of his children.

Solid Program

I like to double check my entries, so would like a "review" feature that makes it easier to go back over all the information that I entered to make sure I didn't have a typo on values i entered. Turbo Tax can't detect that kind of an error. You have to "edit" every entry to see what you entered. Would prefer that I just click on "Charitable Deductions" and it would let me click on each entry and get the info I'd entered before, so I could check it against the receipt from the chariy. SImilarly for W-2s, 1099-R, 1099-DIV, 1099-INT, etc.
What's great about it: Easy to Use. Just answer the questions. Has Help if you need it.
What's not so great: None! It just takes time to do, but that isn't Turbo Tax's fault!!

Throrough and Easy

Overall, I really like Turbo Tax! I have used it for several years, and have always been able to get through the process quickly without snags. I have gotten refunds each year that are more than I had expected because Turbo Tax knows what questions need to be explored.
What's great about it: Product is very thorough
What's not so great: A little time consuming to go back to a previous part.

I think anyone can use it because it walks you through filling it out. I would just make sure and get the appropriate program for your needs. ie, basic, premiere, etc. I will always use turbo tax.
What's great about it: Very Self Explanitory. Easy for a novice to use.
What's not so great: I bought a new computer and didn't know how to tfr to the new one. I still love it tho.

Great support for this year's taxes. Easy to understand instructions and comparison make it easy on the tax preparer. The review at the end makes sure you don't miss anything.

12 Years and Counting

Each year I believe that this program becomes easier to use and more comprehensive in its thoroughness. I am really used to using this software and this year my wife did our taxes for us for the first time. She was quite nervous using Turbotax before she started, but before she knew it, she was done and confident our taxes were done correctly. We reviewed together and I feel they were perfect. She couldn't be happier and I can honestly tell you that, Turbotax is the easiest, fastest and most complete way of doing your taxes, even for a first time user. Thank you Turbotax :)
