Easier Every Year

Each year this program gets easier and easier. All I really need to do is have my paperwork in front of me and enter the information as it is ask.

Have used for many years. I like that it transfers all data each year so saves lots of time. This year I was also able to import my W2's. That was great.
What's great about it: Clear, concise, walked me through with each question.

So easy to use

Very easy to use. I Have been using Turbo Tax for 5 years with no problems. Love it!! I did my own taxes for years and it took me a few days to add, re-add, double check everything.I did Turbo Tax in just a couple hours. I still look it over again, but it is so much easier! Will never do it any other way again.

Any person can do their taxes. This is very easy as it is very detailed. I had a couple of questions and typed in the search bar but was not very good. I had to type in a few different ways.

This is my second year using TurboTax and it seemed even easier this year from last. I still have some problems with some of the Federal Terms used in the return questions, but I believe that is my lack of understanding them. I was able to understand more of them this year than last and it made a difference on my tax return.

This is the 3rd or 4th year we have used TurboTax and it gets easier every year. The auto downloads for last years taxes. The prompts for editing and updating makes the process easier and quicker. TurboTax also prompts you to think about next years tax deductions and gets you to think about how you can make more tax deductible contributions than you already are doing.
What's great about it: Auto downloads of last years information; step by step instructions good
What's not so great: First time user worries if prompts would be correct and accurate
