Love the import!

I love the ease of the program. It is good at prompting you for information that you might have overlooked otherwise. I love being able to quickly import previous year's information. I like the feature that asks you if you want guidance or if you want to find the steps on your own. The audit risk notice is nice as well.
What's great about it: Easy to import previous returns from Turbo Tax
What's not so great: Expensive

Refund light up

Easy and confident when doing returns. very easy to use and hard to make errors.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: I could not find file from previous year, so I tried to retrieve file from return of 2 years ago no luck.

Easiest way I have ever done my taxes. Been using for three years now. Keeps getting easy.
What's great about it: Easy as following steps 1, 2 and 3
What's not so great: There are no cons
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I've used Turbo Tax for several years now and don't ever want to do it any other way.

Turbo Tax is very easy to use, and extremely useful in filing our tax return. It gives step by step instructions, and offers helpful information. I recommend it highly.
What's great about it: easy to follow
What's not so great: none

Easy to Use/Answers Even the Hard Questions

Easy to use. Asks questions and gives explanations if you are in doubt. Can handle the hard stuff that you've never encountered before. Great software.

TurboTax is a well detailed, plain English system. I will recommend it to all my Fellow Vets and Co-Workers. It asked more questions than my CPA! He's Fired
