Works well, some glitches

Spent 15 minutes entering information only for Turbo Tax to conclude that I didn't owe a penalty for underpayment when it already knew I was getting a refund.
This is the third time that I'm trying to enter these comments because I can't find an acceptable nick name. If you really want the comments, don't make it difficult.
What's great about it: Easy enough to use
What's not so great: The "Great News" messages for obvious entries are condescending & annoying

A near slam dunk for doing taxes!
What's great about it: It took an hour and a half to complete both Federal and State.
What's not so great: Charge extra in the purchase price to file the State return. Don't like the separate fee for the State return.

My taxes are quite simple, but TurboTax walks you through every step of the way. I tried it one year and I just decided it wasn't worth paying someone to do my taxes when they are so easy to do on Turbo Tax. Just load it on the computer, do your updates and away you go.
What's great about it: Pretty simple, explains everything

This tax year (2012) was a real pleasure filing even though I/We are "1040-EZ" filers. Thank you for keeping us up to date with your software changes and/or enhancements. You can bet we will certainly continue using Turbo Tax in the future. You Guys are GREAT!!!! Thanks.

Just can't say enough

Makes doing taxes easy. If you don't understand something it a breeze with customer service we have been using Turbo tax for a while now and we wouldn't try any other one. We just love it.

I've used Turbo Tax for 7 years straight and I have never had any problem whatsoever . I keep using it because it is so "user-friendly"! The only thing I notice on this year's version is that it had no place for me to click to save my returns to a CD. No biggie though; just saved my returns in pdf form and put it on CD.
What's great about it: Quick and User-friendly!
What's not so great: Only allowed me to print returns for my copy---No place to click to save to CD
