Effective and Efficient way of filing complex tax

Very satisfied overall! =D
Thought the EasyStep guide will not include my tax situation, since it's my first time filing US tax, however, all scenarios are included! =D I think I got the max refund

Need some enhancements

When you are working thru a category like income or deductions, when you finish an item and go back to the main screen, you have to scroll down to the bottom to go to the next category. Either put a button at the top for next category or have the screen return to the bottom when you finish an item and want to go to the next deduction or income, etc.
Also in Iowa State taxes, you have to enter a county number. Mouse scroll does not work. When you have to select a school district, mouse scroll does not work.

Easy, Breezy -- just follow the instructions!!!

Made my 4th year using TurboTax and I will probably use it again next year.
What's great about it: Just take your time and follow the instructions and it will lead you to the finish line.
What's not so great: When printing the documents I was slightly confused on what I actually needed to print out.

ithe program is easy except when it comes to the refund and you have no account and you check "refund by mail" and "e-file" both the state and federal, at the end in error check it keeps putting info in the bank acct field for you...you erase it and it puts it back in a different box of that field. ie if you check checking account "no" it wants an account number. If you leave the options blank it still wants bank info....its very confusing. I just wanted the fee to be deducted from my refund and that caused the hangup, otherwise very happy with it.
What's great about it: easy and fast
What's not so great: except when it came to e-fiie when no bank account

I have been using Turbo Tax for as long as it has existed. Simply plug and chug and presto, done! Love it!!
What's great about it: AMAZING!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!
What's not so great: A bit pricey.
