Easy as Pie!

This makes it so easy to file and make a correction if necessary. Makes me glad I am not a CPA as this has got to hurt business!
What's great about it: My returns were rejected due to me missing a key piece. Turbo tax took less than 2-minutes to fix my mistake and refile

So Easy A Child.......

As April 15 approaches I dread it every year, because I am one of those taxpayers who owes money every year. Not because I have so many assets, on no... it is because I am in the MIDDLE and as everyone knows its those of us in this area who pay the most tax.
Turbo Tax has become my trusted ally during tax season. The program is concise and ask questions of your information as well as offers you ideas on how to cut your taxes or improve your deductions ( all legal of course). Love the e-filing feature and the method of letting the consumer of the product know that legal support is available if needed during an audit.
Turbo Tax is the only good thing about the tax season. So helpful and I trust the program without question. Now, where did I place that checkbook. : (
What's great about it: Ease of process with detailed explanations of tax law and codes
What's not so great: Wish I could find more deductions (notTurbo Tax fault)

In process that can be somewhat complicated TurboTax provides a step-by-step process that allows you to walk through the tax return process in a careful complete manner. My return does not tend to be terribly complicated but I do feel that use of this product ensures the ability to have done it correctly and completely with all avenues explored.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax walks me through the issues in an understandable manner. It keeps it basically simple.
What's not so great: I have no negative comments.

The data requested is referenced off of the reporting documents that I have received-there is no misunderstanding or confusion because Turbo Tax uses the same language. I put the information in and I trust Turbo Tax to do the correct calculations for figuring out my taxes. I haven't been steered wrong yet.
What's great about it: Easy to understand direcions and explanations

Help Center search challenges

Overall I like the TurboTax product and have used for years. It is easy to use and walks you step-by-step through the process. This year I had a question on one of the sections and clicked the Help Center question mark on the upper right corner of the application. I typed in my question a few different ways and didn't find results that answered my question. There were a lot of results returned but none of the answers to the questions asked were close to mine or helpful.
What's great about it: it is good to offer a help center
What's not so great: the help center answers for my query were not particularly helpful
