Great Experience

It was a very good experience. I have used it for years;however, for some reason this year appeared to make the process easier. It appeared to give instructions in a more simplistic manner.
What's great about it: very easy to interpret instructions
What's not so great: cost

I used to pay a professional to do my taxes. What a waste of money. Every year it got more expensive, and I was the one doing most of the work. Paying someone to type in your information is throwing your money away. I have used this program for the last four years. I recommend TurboTax to all my friends and relatives.
What's great about it: Step by step process, good detailed descriptions and instructions
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great help with education credit!

This year Turbo Tax was very helpful maximizing the right education credit to use. We also used electronic filing for the first time. We had tried before and it was confusing but this time it was very easy!
What's great about it: Step by step instructions or go on your own if you know exactly what you need to do.
What's not so great: Remind ahead of time to keep certain fields blank instead of 0.

Awesome Tax Preparation

Turbo tax is easy, accurate and fast. It took me one hour to prepare my taxes and I am getting a good refund this year. Turbo Tax repeatedly asks questions to ensure you input all the correct data. Great product!!!
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is extremely easy to use. Today it took 1 hour to prepare my taxes.
What's not so great: Nothing negative to say.

Excellent GPS features and up-to-date refund calculations. I like the fact if you have questions on the deductions you can go through each one if need as it will walk you through. If you are a novice or repeat user to Turbo Tax this is easy for anyone, no matter if it is 1040EZ to ore complicated tax filings. I have used Turbo Tax for many years and in several different states and I have recommended it to all my friends and family and I know for a fact so have used Turbo Tax based on my recommendations!
What's great about it: GPS like Features

Good to use.........Just wish state E-file could be offer as with federal---with slightly higher cost of package?

Turbotax consistently makes sure that my questions are answered. If you have a corporation, it is best to have a CPA do the returns. However, for most people doing personal returns, it is easy.
What's great about it: Easy to use and full of explanations and advice
What's not so great: Would like more questions to check against prior years
