Have used for a long time and it is very easy to input your information and it does all the work for you. It has explanations if you don't understand something.

I have been using for years with great results. Easy step by step process makes it very easy to follow. I had used a CPA at great expense. I ran Turbo Tax against what the CPA was doing and they were the same, CPA was using a professional version of Turbo Tax, good bye CPA

Turbo Tag Sensation!

Turbo tax is such a simple tool to get your taxes done, fast and accurate. It takes the most basic computer skills to upload and navigate through your return. I have been using Turbo Tax for 10+ years. One time, when we first purcashed a home 8 years ago, I was neverous to prepare my taxes on my own and went to a tax accountant. The following year I used Turbo Tax and realized I gave an extra $100 away the prior year!
What's great about it: Simple and Accurate

Fast and easy!

Been using Turbo tax for probably the past 10 plus years - its fast, easy and helps me get the job done in a reasonable amount of time.
Filing is fast and easy - and when I forget my login and password - retreival is quick and painless.
I LOVE this product.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions and help

For someone familiar with what I have to file, I like that I don't HAVE to use the interview. It makes it quick and slick to prepare my taxes.
What's great about it: I like that you can pick and choose the income and deductions you need instead of HAVING to use the interview process.
What's not so great: This year's problems.

Some Confusing Points this Year

Guidance on the e-filing PIN was confusing - implied that you could pick any number you want. But it also pulled forward my my and my wife's PINs from last year; I had to go to the IRS website to get new ones - since TurboTax wasn't detailed enough to explain what I needed. Also, Med Expenses should state UP-FRONT that any med expenses paid for with a Flexible Spending Account can't be counted; I wasted a lot of time itemizing for what was fruitless once I took out FSA-covered expenses.
What's great about it: Overall very easy to use
What's not so great: E Filing Pin and Medical Expenses Not very Clear
