Been using Turbo Tax for 15 years, rock solid product, whether personal taxes, or business, or self-employeed has helped me quickly and easily understand and produce tax returns in a concise, simple to understand manner.

Great Tax Software at a reasonable price. Audit review gives peace of mind that something was not missed and the return is accurate. E-file was simple and easy.

LONGtime customer, since the ascii-form, transfer to 1040 manually days (ChipSoft)
Improves every year, except for supporting linux directly (lost a star for that, will every year until available)
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: YOU DON"T HAVE A LINUX-NATIVE VERSION!!!

I have been using Turbo Tax since 2008 and find it to be easy and thorough. After the initial personal information entries Turbo Tax carries over that information from year to year. Like the comparison feature showing prior years information. Also the periodic screen with a person pictured giving a few words of encouragement gives the program a personal touch. The analysis and audit risk is also a plus in giving assurances of correctness and peace of mind. I do highly recommend Turbo Tax to friends who pay for tax services. Let them know they can save money by using the Turbo Tax program.
What's great about it: Easy to use, absolutely covers every aspect of tax filing
What's not so great: Call-in's may take patience. 138 calls / 133 minutes in the que when I called.

Totally Great Experience

I have used TurboTax for many years and have always been more than pleased. It is easy to navigate, explains the income and deductions so anyone can understand them. There is help for even the novice if it is needed.
What's great about it: Love the guides
What's not so great: No cons in my opinion
