Pretty good as usual

I have used TT for many years so I have seen the improvements over that time and they are many. I still find the help pretty inconsistent and the community pretty good but also inconsistent. I haven't used any of the competitors so not sure how TT would fair in a side-by-side comparison. It meets my needs and my financial institution provides it to me gratis so I'm not likely to change.
What's great about it: Easy to walk through the still painful tax process
What's not so great: Not as much easy to access help
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Walked my money all the way to the bank!

Turbo Tax walked me through IRS rollovers, sale of a rental property, moving, and filing capitals gains from the sales of stocks. It was 100% accurate.
What's great about it: Excellent Support

So easy to use!

I run a home business and own my home, so the questions asked along the way help make the forms easier to navigate and get as many deductions as possible.
What's great about it: The step by step questions and the end review follow up and clarification questions.

3rd Year in a row, no complaints. Turbotax continues to improve every year. It makes filing returns a snap. It's easy, fast, and I always get a good refund.

Quick & Easy

I have used Quicken for years for my own personal finances and now have my parents and other siblings using it as well. Turbo Tax is has exceeded my expectations as to the simplicity of filing taxes. Even my parents who insist on never using the web to pay or apply for anything are now allowing me to use TurboTax to file their taxes. Keep up the good work from year to year to make it easlier for everyone of all ages to be able to simply file their taxes.

I have used other tax software in the past, but now am a devoted TurboTax user. It is by far the best software out there! Very easy to use, and the step by step instructions were very helpful.

Just A Great Value!

I love this program for many reasons. I am the person in my family who file taxes and as many families we can not afford to have other tax prep file for us. This method saves money as well as empower families to know what is going on with your own taxes.
What's great about it: very thorough, straight forward, easy to follow
What's not so great: sometimes can be confusing in interpretations, maybe elaborate on pros and cons of your tax returns and give suggestions

I have been using TurboTax for years and keep coming back to it. It is easy to use, especially if you keep good records throughout the year. I highly recommend TurboTax
