overall, I am extremely impressed with turbotax. It is idiot proof and i was able to maximize my deductions.

I think with each year Turbo Tax continues to make improvements.
What's great about it: you can pick up where you left off if you need to save and return later.

I have used this program for many years and it seems to get easier every year.
What's great about it: Overall easy to use
What's not so great: The child credit section was little confusing, but got through it

I find turbotax to be the easiest to use among the tax preparation softwares out there. The only thing that could be improved is when I reopen the software, it starts back at the beginning rather than exactly where I left off. Overall, I have had a great experience with turbotax and highly recommend it.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Sometimes repeats itself after reopening

Reliable and fast

I have been using TurboTax for many years. I trust the computations made and count on it to get me the best return for my situation. My situation would have to get a lot more complex before I would seriously consider changing my tax return method.
What's great about it: I like the clarity of the questions and that last year's info is automatically included.
What's not so great: It is slightly tricky to file state my mail while filing federal electronically.
