The WOW factor

I tend to procrastinate doing taxes so TurboTax was made for me. It is so easy to use walking me through question by question. Love that it imports my info from last year - saves me LOTS of time.

Another great TurboTax Experience

I have been using TurboTax to file my taxes for many, many years. I don't even consider doing my taxes any other way. TurboTax guides me through all of the steps, checks for errors and let's me compare my current year to the previous year. It also carries forward all of my personal information so I don't have to retype that information. It is a great product and I highly recommend it!

Turbo Tax is Turr-iffic

Easy to follow. Most questions are answered and the answers are easy to understand. I started using Turbo Tax Deluxe in 2004 and have continued to buy a copy every year. I love it!
What's great about it: Easy to follow
What's not so great: Not easy to go back several pages for a mistake

Easy.....Quick.......Complete!

Loved it. I will do it again next year. This step by step process takes all the guesswork out of taxes and makes it possible for me to do and understand it. Glad to have this tool in my arsenal!! Highly recommend it.
What's great about it: Step by step made process easy with no errors
What's not so great: Had to research where to put state for interest earned.

Very helpful telephonic assistance

I've been using Turbo Tax for a number of years and for the first time had a problem with my return that I couldn't figure out. I called the Turbo Tax assistance telephone number and although it took a few minutes, the person from Turbo Tax knew exactly what I needed to do and did a great job explaining the procedure to me. Wonderful support and service!
What's great about it: Telephonic assistance with a complex problem

Look Ma, I filed my own taxes!

This is the first year I filed my taxes without my mother sitting next to me. I completed the Turbo Tax program and submitted my taxes electronically without any doubts. Thanks to Turbo Tax, I am confident that I submitted error-free forms and received the refund I deserve.
What's great about it: Quick, easy to understand, organized
What's not so great: Processing fees at the end
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

I got thru this faster this year than ever before - VERY easy and straightforward - if I ensure I have all the right paperwork, it's a breeze!!

I have used TurboTax for several years. It is easy to file your return online, easy to import your previous years information, and being able to do my family member's returns also makes it cost effective.
What's great about it: Ease in moving around the screens
What's not so great: Program updates after I've filed my taxes
