Form 1099-DIV need additional inquiry boxes

As stated above need additional boxes to clarify the details suplied on form 1099-DIV for instance boxes 10 &11 are not available and what to do with amount described within. It took me an hour to figure what to do and get your recheck approval.
What's great about it: Excellent mostly very easy to stir through much information
What's not so great: Some detailes or information not clear

Easy to use but a couple of bugs

Very easy to use for simple tax situations. Not as intuitive for handling foreign tax situation, but still good. Seem to be a bug on a couple of work sheets where information already entered is required to be entered again during review and error check.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years now and I love the transfer feature as it saves lots of time. The list of what you had on your prior year tax is a great check list, especially when you are helping your Mom & Dad to get theirs done. If you do not understand a part, Turbo Tax has lots of different avenues you can take to find the answers or do more reserch. By having the calculation done by Turbo Tax, you can avoid silly calculation errors which will cause a delay in getting your refund back. All in all, I love using Turbo Tax as my tax prep software!
What's great about it: Easy to use and it does all the calculations for you!
What's not so great: IRS limit on how many you can efile with one program.

Been using Turbo Tax for years and keep coming back every year. It takes much of the pain out of filing taxes every year. The guided walk though is great but the actual forms are easy to get to when I need specific information. (e.g. for college financial aid applications)
What's great about it: Easy guided walk though
What's not so great: no Linux version

Another year, another Turbo Tax return

If you file OTHER than 1040EZ and use Turbo Tax every year, TT pulls the needed information from previous years quickly & painlessly. No searching past files-it pulls the info automatically. However, I did find the FAQs and the Search feature to be quite frustrating in finding the info I needed. Once I found the info, the rest was quick & convenient. In the past, in a year where I moved for work, I had my taxes done by a CPA. Out of curiosity, I also bought Turbo Tax, which came up with the same numbers to the PENNY. To be fair, I would have struggled knowing where to look and what questions to ask if I had only used TT, but using the CPA's forms as a guide, the result was the same.
What's great about it: Easy
What's not so great: Clumsy search feature
