Not sure of the number of years, but I've been a long time user of Turbo Tax. Use of the software gets better every year. Admittedly, I do a better of job of record keeping and preparing throughout the year, but I am completing my return quicker each year.
What's great about it: Information transfer from previous years. Great tutorials/assistance and plenty of them. Absolutely very easy to use!!
What's not so great: Processing Fees of 3rd Parties - Aggressive!!

What's great about it: FIRST TIME I DID IT AND IT SERVED ME PERFECTLY WELL. HOW EASY IT WAS THIS TIME.

I have used TurboTax for years and each year they make it just a little easier. I itemize my deductions and I always go through the detail version of the returns just in case I forgot something. The help screens are very beneficial for me. E-Filing is the best!

I've been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years and with every year, it gets better and better not to mention very easy to use. The software is extremely user friendly and walks you through every step of the way at your own pace. This is just like having a Tax Accountant sitting next to you to explain every question that you have.
What's great about it: Very user friendly....software walks you through every step with further explanations
What's not so great: Pricey compared to other software
