Easy refund!

I've used Turbotax for years! Each year they make updates that make it even better and more user friendly. Don't know what I would do without it!
What's great about it: Super easy, walks you through the steps in a logical way
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Been a fan from the beginning

Huge fan of TT. I have used it for years. In my past life I did taxes for other people. Now, I rely on Turbo Tax to help me do my own return. I would not think of changing and appreciate how you continue to make it more and more user friendly every year.
What's great about it: Simple, easier than ever to move between sections. You continue to improve this software! I'll keep being a loyal user

Easy Peasy

Turbo tax makes it so easy for me in both navigating and in entering information. The check retrun function makes sure I didn't ovelook anything.
What's great about it: esy to use guides you where you need and lets you go right to the forms where you don't
What's not so great: If you go back you have to start a section from the beginning

I had two problems:
I inadvertenly deleted my property tax entry. i could not retrieve the number - had to research and reenter- should have a "reverse arrow" to undoe a change.
I was entering dividents- some how a partial entry was made of an existing entry- lucky that review picked it up. i dont know how this happen- i only entered onces.
What's great about it: easy to work with - has gotten better each year

TurboTax has become one of the most expensive tax programs. Used to be, you would send an 'extra' piece of software for the customer, but you stopped that.

Always the easiest

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years now. I love that I can import last years information. It is also useful to be able to import W2 information from my employer. Saves typing and risk of data entry mistakes.
What's great about it: Quick, easy, helpful, get your refund fast
What's not so great: Price of software

Great Product!

I've been using Turbo Tax to do the taxes for myself and family members for the past 10 years. This is a great product that is easy to use. I would definitely recommend Turbo Tax over similar products in the tax software industry.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is fast, accurate, and user friendly.
What's not so great: None

Quick & Simple Filing!

TurboTax quickly guided me through my return without having to leave my house or wade through a confusing government form. It answered all my questions and left me reassured that I got it right! I feel positive that I got the refund I deserved.
