I've used Turbo Tax for many years and they continually upgrade their format so that a layman, such as myself, glides through it with ease. Thanks

Done earlier than ever!

Very quick and easy -- even with foreign-earned taxes and living in two states last year. Being done on February 1 is a new record for me. Feels good.
What's great about it: Really laid things out and had nice resources, too
What's not so great: Got tricky when it came to correcting errors on state return
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

USED TURBOTAX FOR YEARS NOW

Turbotax has always made me feel that I was sitting with a tax expert that was asking me the important questions only it is right there on the screen. I answer the question and it moves me on to the next pertinent question. It is so easy to use........if you know how to answer a basic questions?
What's great about it: ALWAYS EASY TO FOLLOW
What's not so great: WISH IT WAS CHEAPER TO GET REFUND

I love everything about Turbo Tax. It's easy, and efficient and turned me into a tax pro!
What's great about it: Easy to use, fast accurate, safe, maximized our refunds and our deduction items. TRUSTED!
What's not so great: Having to repurchase instead of automatic

Every year your making tax time bearable. I don't have to struggle as hard. Years ago I would prepare them myself and would take hours. Keep up the good work.

Last year everything was clear and if I had questions help was very useful. It was not as useful this year. You wanted me to by the business verision to get better help when I dont have a business. I bought the delux version.
